Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 6–13 business days via DHL Express within Italy. Shipping costs €10.00 for orders between €0.01 and €49.99, while orders of €50.00 and above are eligible for free shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, We only ship to Italy now but in future will look to expand to other countries.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.

What is your return window?

Customers in Italy may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Do you charge restocking fees?
